The next WMA meeting is Thursday July 23rd (Thursday), 10:00am at the Agricultural Commissioner\'s Office (12300 Lower Azusa Rd., Arcadia).

It is critical to attend this meeting.  The topic for discussion is the $100,000 funding that Christy obtained from stimulus funds.  It is to be used for weed mapping and invasive plant control within the urban forests and foothill forests.  Everyone will need to be involved to decide how to use the funds and to determine how to develop a work plan.

So put on your thinking caps and make sure you attend, or are at least represented at the next meeting.
