Los Angeles County Weed Management Area American Reinvestment and Recovery Act Funding:Prevention, Early Detection, and Eradication of Noxious and Invasive Weed Populations on Non-federal Public and Private Lands near Forested Lands
Eight proposals were submitted to the Los Angeles County Weed Management Area (LACWMA) for the ninety thousand dollars in funding made available through the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA). Proposals were reviewed and scored (based on criteria defined in the original RFP) independently by a subcommittee of eight LACWMA members. The two highest ranked proposals were awarded funding:
